What is the KALNARAGIS Return Policy?
If you have received a damaged item or it does not match the description provided by the KALNARAGIS, you can return it to the KALNARAGIS and get a replacement within 10 days of delivery at no extra cost.
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. Once the KALNARAGIS accepts the return request, the item will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped to you.

What are the conditions for initiating a return?
– Damages due to misuse of product are not covered under the policy. Consumable items that have been used. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers are likewise ineligible.
– ‘Damage’ or ‘defect’ is as defined under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please return the item in the actual condition you received it with all its original packaging and accessories.
– Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same.

How do I cancel an order ONLINE?
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

Any order refused on delivery will be charged at a standard rate of £15.00. Any order returned by the customer and paid by the customer will be refunded up to a maximum amount of £5.00.
